Skills & Qualifications:

• Developing and modifying programs for PLC, HMI, VFD, and Servo Drives as per customer requirements.
• Providing service support for LT and automation panels across India.
• Providing technical assistance and effectively communicating solutions to clients on-site.
• Testing of LT and automation panels.
• Installation and commissioning of panels at client sites.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.

• Study tender documents, BOQs, technical specifications, and drawings.
• Prepare accurate technical and commercial offers as per customer requirements.
• Coordinate with internal engineering, purchase, and sales teams for project-specific data.
• Prepare cost estimation sheets for various projects and support pricing decisions.
• Conduct comparative analysis of vendors and materials.
• Assist in finalization of offers, clarifications, and compliance statements.
• Communicate with vendors for technical and pricing data for material requirements.

Role: Tender Management and Submission

Key Responsibilities:

• Search, track, and study tenders from platforms like GeM, IREPS, IOCL, BHEL, etc.
• Prepare and compile technical and commercial documentation as per tender requirements.
• Ensure timely online submission of tenders through various e-tender portals.
• Track tender announcements, corrigenda, and deadlines.
• Maintain records of submitted tenders, revisions, and clarifications.
• Coordinate with internal teams (technical, estimation, legal) to gather required documentation.
• Upload and manage supporting documents such as PAN, GST, MSME, balance sheets, experience certificates, etc.
• Prepare and upload tender documents as per client requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams for technical & commercial inputs.
• Maintain records and update submission status.
• Basic skills in MS Word, Excel, PDF handling & internet browsing.
