For HT industrial consumers in Gujarat, above 500 kVA
Find out what solar and storage would actually save your plant. Free, in three working days.
Send us twelve months of electricity bills. Our engineers work out your real cost per unit, size a system against your load, and tell you the payback. If the honest answer is that nothing is worth doing yet, we tell you that too.
- Your landed cost per unit, with demand charge and PF penalty separated out
- Solar and storage sizing from your own load profile, not a rule of thumb
- Indicative single-line diagram and a budget figure you can take to your board
- No obligation, no sales call unless you ask for one
Prepared by the engineering team that designs and builds LT and HT switchboards at Kotambi, Vadodara. Over 250 industrial plants in Gujarat run on panels we have made.
Tell us your company, location and contract demand (kVA) in the message. Attach nothing now; we will ask for twelve months of bills.
We use your details only to reply to this enquiry. We do not share them.
Is a study worth your time?
Five signs a plant will get a real return
We score every request on these. Three or more and the study almost always finds a project with a payback under six years. Fewer than three and we will say so up front rather than waste your week.
-
DG runs more than 50 hours a month
Every one of those hours costs ₹18–25 a unit. Storage replaces most of them.
-
Trips stop a continuous or batch process
Pharma, chemicals, glass, textiles, plastics, food. A trip costs more than the power did.
-
Demand charges are a big line on the bill
Storage trims billed kVA. The saving arrives every month, trip or no trip.
-
Solar already installed, with surplus or banking charges
Adding storage usually improves the economics more than adding panels would.
-
Roof or land of about an acre or more
Enough for 1 MWp of solar, which is where the numbers start to work well.

What you receive
A six-page study your board can act on
Written by a design engineer, not a salesperson. Every figure in it comes from your bills and your load, and every assumption is stated so your own team can check it.
- Your cost of power todayLanded ₹/unit, demand charge share, PF penalty, time-of-day split, DG cost
- Load profileDaily and seasonal shape from your bills, or from a week of logging if we fit a meter
- Options sized to your plantSolar, storage or hybrid, with kWp, kW and kWh for each
- Savings and paybackYear-one saving, payback in months, ten-year view, with the assumptions beside them
- Indicative single-line diagramWhere the system ties in, which bus is critical, what islands
- Budget figure and next stepAn indicative price band, and what a firm proposal would need from you
How it works
Three working days from bills to answer
-
Day 1, you send bills
Twelve months of HT bills, photos or PDFs, over WhatsApp or email. If you have a DG log or an energy meter export, that too. Nothing else needed from your side.
-
Day 2, we size and model
A design engineer builds your load profile, sizes solar and storage against it, and runs the savings with your tariff, not a national average. One short call if a number needs clarifying.
-
Day 3, you get the study
Six pages, PDF, with every assumption stated. If you want to go further, the next step is a site visit and a firm proposal. If not, you keep the study.
For plants above 3 MVA, or where the bills do not show the daily shape, we offer to fit a logging meter for a week before sizing. The study then takes ten working days.
Why a switchgear manufacturer does this better
The part of a solar or storage plant that decides whether it holds your critical loads during a grid failure is the electrical system: switchboard, protection, islanding, EMS. That is what we have manufactured and tested at our own works in Kotambi for years. We size the whole plant, not just the battery.
Before you send the bills
Is it really free?
Yes. The study is how we find out whether there is a project worth proposing. About a third of the studies we do end with us advising the customer to wait, and that is fine with us.
Will you call me repeatedly afterwards?
No. You get the study and one follow-up to ask if you have questions. After that, the next move is yours.
What if I already have a quote from another vendor?
Send it with the bills. We will tell you whether the sizing fits your load, and we are candid when a competitor's proposal is sound.
Who sees my electricity bills?
Only the design engineer working on your study and the EPC head who reviews it. We do not share them with suppliers or financiers unless you ask us to.
Three working days. No obligation.
