Which types of LT panels does Wisdom Techno Solutions manufacture?
The full LT range from one works: PCC, IPCC, MCC, IMCC, PMCC and draw-out MCC for power and motor control, plus APFC, AMF, DG synchronization, VFD and soft-starter, and PLC control panels — so one vendor covers the whole LT single-line diagram.
Power distribution starts with the PCC panel and its intelligent variant, the IPCC panel. Motor feeders are handled by the MCC, IMCC, PMCC and, where downtime cost justifies it, the fully withdrawable draw-out MCC.
Around these sit the support panels: APFC for power factor, AMF and DG synchronization for backup power, VFD and soft-starter panels for motor control, and PLC panels for automation. For 800 V drives and special voltages there is a dedicated 800V LT panel line. The complete catalogue is on the products page.
PCC vs MCC — which one does your project need?
A PCC distributes power to large fixed loads and downstream panels; an MCC starts, protects and controls motors. Most industrial plants need both: one PCC at the incomer, and one or more MCCs feeding the motor load.
The practical test is the feeder list. If the outgoing feeders are breakers feeding transformers, downstream panels and large static loads, that is a PCC. If the feeders are motor starters — DOL, star-delta, VFD — with overload protection and control wiring, that is an MCC.
Where maintenance windows are short, specify the draw-out MCC: a faulty starter module is exchanged in minutes without shutting the bus. The dividing line between the two families, and how they combine into a PMCC, is covered in our PCC guide and MCC guide.
What makes an IEC 61439 design-verified LT panel different?
A design-verified assembly is built on a design proven by verification per IEC 61439 — temperature rise, short-circuit withstand, clearances — instead of an unverified local fabrication, so the panel’s ratings stand on evidence rather than on a nameplate claim.
This matters most at tender stage: consultants increasingly write IEC 61439 design verification into LT panel specifications, and an unverified fabrication is disqualified before price is even compared. Our IEC 61439 panel page explains the verification routes and what evidence to ask any vendor for.
Design verification is also why the licensed-platform route exists: instead of verifying one design at a time, the panel is built inside a platform whose documentation already covers the verified design envelope.
Which licensed platforms can a WTS LT panel be built on?
Three: the Rittal Ri4Power system (partner since 2021), the C&S CX type-tested system (licensed partner since 2023) and Siemens SIEPAN (partner since 2024) — the customer chooses the platform, the works and the IEC 61439 discipline stay the same.
Each platform page explains what the license actually covers and how a genuine platform build differs from a locally fabricated panel that merely uses the same enclosure: Rittal Ri4Power, Siemens SIEPAN and C&S CX.
Where the specification does not call for a platform, the same panels are engineered and built as WTS designs per IEC 61439-1 and IEC 61439-2.
How do I prepare an RFQ for an LT panel?
Send the single-line diagram, the feeder list with ratings, the system fault level, the form of separation required, and the site conditions — with these five inputs a firm techno-commercial offer can be made without assumption.
If any of these are still open, our LT panel RFQ specification guide walks through every clause a buyer should fix before floating an enquiry, and the Icu/Ics/Icw guide explains how to state the short-circuit requirement correctly.
